1. The differential locks of the front and rear axles are controlled by servo.
2. Reverse transmission front and rear portal axle structure. The maximum Ackerman angle during steering is 5 degrees positive, the kingpin inclination angle during steering is 8 degrees inward, and the maximum caster angle is 8 degrees. This enables better tracking performance when the steering wheel returns after steering, and brings more stable and easy-to-control handling performance for high-speed driving through rough terrains. With a raised-angle input shaft and a special mounting point angle, the power transmission is smooth.
3. Tough ball joint. It adopts a large-sized ball joint buckle made of special materials plus a fine steel ball joint bead, combining rigidity and flexibility, being flexible and resistant to impact.
4. Shock absorber. It is a shock absorber with a large diameter of 26mm, which is processed with high precision by CNC (Computer Numerical Control) using high-quality aluminum alloy. The preload can be adjusted, and the maximum stroke reaches 40mm. While providing good support for the whole vehicle, it can easily show a smart posture.
5. The high-torque dual-speed gearbox uses all-metal gears. The heavy-load end is a one-piece steel-cut gear to ensure high strength, and the transmission end is a self-lubricating alloy gear, which can reduce the wear between gears and extend the service life.
6. Power is supplied in a split manner. The 70KG high-power steering servo is powered by an independent electronic speed controller BEC. This avoids the situation where excessive power consumption of the servo affects the precise control of the vehicle and the operation of the strobe linkage light group. Moreover, it has the function of servo stall protection. When the servo stalls for a long time, the circuit automatically reduces the current output to protect the servo from being burned out.
7. The full steering range of the functional servo does not require adjustment. The front and rear differential locks and gearbox shifting control, which are pioneered by CROSSRC, adopt full-stroke control of the servo. It provides intelligent protection for the servo to prevent it from being burned out due to incorrect working stroke amounts.
8. Strengthen the chassis and adopt a simulated girder formed by stamping thick steel plates with a hundred-ton-class press.
