How Long Does Delivery Take?
If for the IN-STOCK models, we will ship the package out within 3-5 business days. About the custom model, we will need 30-35 business days to prepare. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States of America: 7-15 business days
- European Union, Canada: 15–20 business days
- Other countries and regions: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Do I Have to Assemble the Model Myself?
It depends on the version you choose.
We offer both unpainted and unassembled kits, fully painted and unassembled kits and fully painted, assembled Ready-to-Run (RTR) models.

Can I Order Spare Parts?

We offer a full range of spare parts, replacement components, and upgrade accessories for our RC models, including RC construction equipment and RC tanks. If you need a specific part that isn't listed on our website, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I Customize My Model?
Yes! Customization is one of our specialties.
If you have a specific design, color scheme, or functional requirement, feel free to contact us. What Should I Do If My Model Arrives Damaged?
We carefully inspect and securely package every model before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
Our professional technical support team will review the issue and provide the most appropriate solution to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
